Rally and Event Vendor Site Management

Motorcycle rallies are judged not only for the events that are scheduled and the local attractions of the surrounding area, but the Vendors that are assembled for the rally attendees.

Whether the Vendor area is viewed as a highlight of the show or a necessary evil, it has become an expected part of any rally.

The Mission of the Iron Pequod is to provide on-site management of the Vendors and the venue that they are assigned to at the rally. Our role is that of advocate for the vendors and contract supervision for the Rally Management. 

Our job is to make the rally as attractive as possible for the vendors to ensure their continued presence at future events, and transparent to the Rally Coordinator, who has enough to deal with already. 

Rally goers expect and deserve an attractive, safe and well managed Vendor area at the rallies they attend.  We can help you provide that experience for them and for your rally.
