Planning and layout
Site development
Vendor arrival and setup We are there to stage the vendors as they arrive and arrange them into their assigned spaces. Whenever possible, we contact each vendor during the planning stage to determine if there are any special requirements that will affect the design/layout of the site. Electrical hookups are made, neighbors introduced and a setting of the tone for the rally is begun. Vendors are directed to our office area and instructed on how to contact our representative, who will always be on the site. They are encouraged to come to us first with any problems or concerns they have, and not contact the Rally Staff without going through us.
Vendor Advocate/Support
We work with the Vendors to provide them a maximum opportunity to be successful at your rally, with minimum distractions.
Our representative are on-site from before opening until after the lights go out and always in a pro-active problem prevention mode.
We arrive with the tools necessary to provide for the small emergencies that experience has taught us will happen.
Our equipment includes generator(s), air compressor, MIG welder, Mechanic's tool set, electrical connectors and converters, Power distribution panel(s), and a host of parts and tools that make breakdowns just a glitch. And Yes, we carry duct tape as a standard supply item.
Contract Supervision While the contract agreements made between the Rally Management and the Vendors are ultimately settled between the signing parties, we have found that many, if not most conflicts that arise can be settled with our intervention. Contract stipulations are supervised/enforced by us, and disputed issues are handled by our experienced representative in almost all cases.
Support coordination Our goal is to let you forget the details of managing the Vendor Site. The agreements you've made with Security, Sanitation, Refuse disposal, Electrical power, Food and Beverage delivery, Volunteer coordination and the myriad of items on the list are passed to us for oversight and the accomplishment of your objectives.
